Our place is perfect for vacation/business travel and only two blocks from the express and local A/C trains, putting us about 20 minutes to downtown Manhattan, connecting you to some of NYC's most iconic attractions such as Central Park, the 9/11 Memorial and Time Square to name a few. We're also close to many local BedStuy eateries, shops, and attractions here in Brooklyn, some of which include The Barclay Center, Brooklyn Bridge, and much more! Experience the ultimate comfort and convenience during your stay in the city! We have a luxurious and professionally designed one-bedroom dwelling in our newly renovated townhouse. The dwelling is perfect for two guests and provides a comfortable and stylish living space. The bedroom is beautifully decorated and includes an optional air mattress, while the living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV that features popular streaming services such as Netflix and YouTube TV for your entertainment needs. Our fully stocked kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals or store takeout. The space also has fast WiFi and a large desk so you can buckle down and work if needed. El alojamiento está genial, mejor incluso que en las fotos, tiene todo lo necesario y está a 5 minutos andando del subway. Los anfitriones han estado atentos en todo momento e incluso nos dejaron hacer el check-in antes de tiempo. Es cierto que a veces se oye el subway o las sirenas de policía y ambulancias y que los forjados de madera antigua crujen cuando caminan en los pisos de arriba, pero todo eso es seña de identidad de New York! Así que si eres sensible a los ruidos llévate tapones, pero no dejes de disfrutar de un alojamiento fantástico a un precio razonable, en un barrio tranquilo, genuino y auténtico de los que cada vez son más difíciles de encontrar en cualquier gran ciudad.
Kara et Kevin ont été très arrangeants : arrivée et départ flexibles. L'appartement est fidèle aux photos, il est spacieux, propre et totalement équipé. Nos hôtes ont été disponibles et serviables pour quelconque besoin. La bouche de métro Utica se trouve à 5 minutes à pied et dessert notamment la ligne A (accès facile à Manhattan). Une superette très abordable y est située à côté, ce qui est très arrangeant si vous ne souhaitez pas faire vos courses à Manhattan. Je recommande ce logement !

Our neighborhood has great eats, shopping, entertainment, music, and art while being conveniently located to access all of what Brooklyn offers as well as easy access to Manhattan.
The NYC subway is your best option for travel during your stay. With the A/C train lines just 2 blocks from our home are great for local travel within Brooklyn and require no transfers for Manhattan destinations such as the 9/11 Memorial, Chinatown, Little Italy, Madison Square Garden and Time Square. We also have several buses that can connect you to downtown Brooklyn attractions including, Fulton street, The Barclay Center and Brooklyn Bridge to name a few. Bus lines can also be found near the A/C subway lines.
For any other destinations connections at Jay-Street Metro Tech in Brooklyn or Fulton Street in Manhattan will connect you to most of the subway lines you need to get around Brooklyn or Manhattan.
Taxi service is available 24/7 by hailing a taxi while outside.
Green taxis will take you around the outer boroughs (like Brooklyn) or to and from Brooklyn and Manhattan. Yellow taxis will take you around Manhattan mostly or from Manhattan back to Brooklyn.

As a Airbnb host I like for our guests to view the world as I do, unscripted, fun with a convenient and comfortable space to come back to reflect on the adventures experienced each day! In my own travels I find myself quickly dismissing some of the standard tourist must sees and instead making room for experiencing travel through the eyes of those who call New York or Tennessee their home. Many guests come to see the sights that we are most known for, but I hope for our guests to experience travel as I do. Everyday is an adventure for my family and I, whether big or small, around the corner or a quick ride away. Whether visiting New York or Tennessee each are bursting with flavor and excitement waiting for those who are ready to explore inside and outside the box! Travel I believe is one of life's best lessons. It reminds us how vast, yet intimate our world is. Every country, city and town has its own unique flavor, but many commonalities as well. My favorite travel destination by far is the Caribbean! USVI, BVI, Aruba, Barbados, St. Martin, Trinidad & Tobago, the opportunities are endless. Each island shares many similarities while distinctly offering there own flavor making each visit unique. At home as well as abroad I think the things I value most are connecting with people, great food, a great book and the arts.
