Welcome at Appia Nuova Apartments! This apartment is located along the Appia Nuova, the road that leads from Rome to Naples, passing through the center of Terracina, in a strategic position between the sea and the historic centre, both reachable in a few minutes on foot. The apartment consists of a large living room with table and sofa bed, full kitchen, a bathroom, a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds. Sheets and towels included. Free parking on the street. Welcome to our apartment in the heart of the city! This space is perfect for a family or a group of friends (up to 6 sleeping places) looking for practical and functional accommodation during their stay in Terracina. The fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal and has everything you need to cook. The living room is equipped with a dining table with 4 chairs, perfect for enjoying a homemade dinner together. It also has a comfortable sofa (which can be converted into a double sofa bed if needed), ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing or relaxing on the beach. The bright and comfortable double bedroom has a comfortable bed and a large wardrobe to store your personal belongings. The second bedroom instead consists of two single beds (which can be joined to form a double bed) and is perfect for children or for additional guests. The bathroom is modern and spacious, equipped with a shower, bidet, and a washing machine. We are sure you will enjoy spending time with us! The location of the apartment is also ideal for exploring the city. Located in the center, near where the old bus station used to be, it is only a 10-minute walk from the sea, passing through the central street. All major tourist attractions are easily reachable by foot, as well as bus and train stations. L’appartamento è davvero carino, pulito e ben fornito, la posizione è ottima perché è proprio centrale e intorno ci sono molteplici servizi come ristoranti, bar, farmacie e negozi vari. Il signor Aldo è stato molto gentile e alla mano, e chiaro nelle istruzioni per il check-in automatico. Io e i miei amici lo terremo in considerazione per le prossime gite a Terracina!

This is my second time to stay at Aldo's place. It is very comfortable and spacious and well located. Also, we parked just in front of the entrance which was very convenient. Auto check-in and communication was very smooth. Highly recommened.

Dopo tanti anni finalmente a Terracina siamo riusciti a trovare ciò che cercavamo, inizio col dire che Aldo è una persona gentilissima,sempre disponibile e ha seguito il nostro check-in, a distanza. La casa è strategica: si trova al centro storico ma vicina a tutti i servizi, tra cui mini market e punti ristoro, la spiaggia si trova a 10 minuti a piedi, passando per il viale principale dove ci sono negozi e locali dove trascorrere la serata,quindi anche piacevole raggiungere il lungomare senza lo stress dell’auto. Abbiamo trovato un appartamento pulitissimo, gli spazi erano arredati benissimo e nei minimi particolari, biancheria pulitissima, non mancava nulla, abbiamo trovato anche le capsule per il caffè. La zona è tranquilla, il palazzo è video sorvegliato e il portone si apre con un codice.Purtroppo il soggiorno è stato breve ma ci ritorneremo sicuramente,appena possibile. Consigliatissimo
