房子很漂亮，适宜居住，但是配备的洗漱用品少，长时间居住需要自备。厨房内洗涤类用品几乎没有，自己做饭非常困难。房间自身很漂亮，但是配套服务非常差，经常联系不到房东，每次回复在3小时左右。

The house lacked ventilation, the aircon vents looked really dusty with some water stains. There are a lot of dead flies trapped in the blinds. We had to deal with a lot of cockroaches, more than 5, not including baby roaches that we found in the bathroom. The cockroaches could be found in all floors of the house. The house also lacked necessities, there was no tissue or paper towels. It was also hard to throw our trash as all the bins were full and had a stench when we first arrived. It could not fit the trash that we wanted to dispose of during our stay. The neighbourhood was great, but there are no metros nearby. There are a lot of buses, so getting around is not too bad.

Lovely terrace in Paddington and very well equipped

The living conditions were good and the place was well situated. The only issue was the fee the owner placed on us for trash. We removed all the trash and placed it in the bin, as it could fit, however we were fined. After a weeks stay with 6 people I imagine the place could be in worse condition. I believe the owner could be more accommodating.

Fabulous Paddington location. The street was residential and felt extremely quiet. Then right around the corner is a main street with a bus stop and plenty to do within walking distance. Lots of great restaurants, pubs, shopping nearby. The house is beautiful. Do note that all bedrooms require access via stairs. All the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The design of the house is lovely and feels quite enchanting.
