Taylor's place is in the museum district of Richmond. We were within easy walking distance of everything - VCU main campus, Carytown, museums, parks thrifting, restaurants, pubs, etc. If you haven't been to Richmond-Taylor's place is perfectly positioned. The house seems like it may once have been a carriage house. The modcons are very well done from the master to the back room. There were 4 adults in our party (all family members). It's ideal for a couple, we hope to visit Richmond again with just the two of us. The neighborhood is quiet and we chatted with one of the (very nice) neighbors when we arrived. I highly recommend Taylor's place if you're visiting Richmond.

This is one of our favourite air b&b stays. It's a 5star in every respect. The neighbourhood is wonderful and all recommended restaurants & bars spot on. The property has everything you need and more. Really enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay, so centrally located. After check-in, we parked in the private space accessible through the alley. Parking there made loading and unloading a breeze because you can enter the house through the back yard. Never had a single concern about parking.

This property is so fun, historic outside, very modern inside. The location is perfect. Just down the block is a neighborhood pub that was great. The interior is exactly as pictured, comfortable and had all the amenities. Would definitely recommend a stay at Taylor’s place and will rebook if I’m ever back in Richmond.

Great place to stay, Taylor is friendly and responsive, definitely a “will come back” house for staying during traveling. It was clean and organized inside and has whatever we needed for the stay, it’s fantastic! I’m looking forward to visiting Richmond because of it!
