The communication was super easy and quick, and the place looks exactly like it does in the pictures. The neighborhood is conveniently located 5 minutes from the university. Plenty of space with 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms. The house is very clean and has everything you need. Otto was very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever I had any questions.

Otto's place was very spacious and perfect for our trip to Burlington. The office was amazing and had everything we needed to continue working while traveling. Charging ports, dual monitors, printer, fast Wifi which was much appreciated. The private driveway extended to the back of the house so you felt secure being able to walk right into the home. The neighbors do have dogs and they barked consistently all night long. I believe they are outside dogs. There was also a train that passed but besides the noise level which is out of Otto's control understandably, we only had one issue during our stay and Otto reached out right away and took care of it and made sure my concerns were acknowledged. The house was located very close to all shopping and dining and the interstate which I always appreciate having to eat out every night. I would recommend this house for anyone staying in Burlington!

Really enjoyed the location to meet our daughter for Elon’s parents weekend. Great house, location and very responsive owner.

This was a great value for a big place. The private driveway in the back can fit 3 vehicles. The kitchen was decently stocked, the showers were hot with good pressure, and the host responded in a timely manner if I had issues. For example, we ran out of dishwashing pods and he supplied more within 24 hours. The master bed is comfortable, the other bed is a bit on the firm side. There are a lot of dogs next door that bark sometimes. Otherwise it is a very pleasant and peaceful spot!
