We arrived earlier than expected on Thursday and were able get an early check-in to get settled. And here’s comes a slew of bad, but it does get better after arrival. When we arrived, we found several of the light switches were split in half (all working with no difficultly to turn on or off), some of the light bulbs in need of replacements, paint coming off the wall under the living room heater with a rough blotch of paint that was left, the broom had been broken but repaired with tape, and a broken window lock on of the ground floor bedrooms. Which, this was all that was bad about the stay. The location was very convenient for early morning walks to 23rd and E Union St for a quick visit to Avole CD for coffee, Raised Donut for pastries, and Uncle Ike’s for all the other Seattle experience needs. In addition, the nearby Grocery Outlet was well stocked and had all we needed for the stay’s snacks and drinks. Getting transportation was easy in and out of the location.

Overall, it was a good stay. Would stay again. Beds were slightly uncomfortable. The house is on a very busy street so its quite loud. The small yard and front was covered in weeds. However, the location was good and it was clean. Neighborhood felt safe even late at night. Parking was almost always available. Included some toiletries that aren't always included in other airbnbs.

The two biggest issues with this place was cleanliness and broken beds. There were also multiple things that needed maintenance. This is the worst Airbnb I have ever stayed at.
