This was an ideal spot for getting together with our friends - the location was stunning, with plenty of space both inside and out. The cottage was well presented, and the farm is particularly well suited for young children. Our host had thought of everything, we’d definitely recommend and come again.

We had the perfect stay for 2 nights, just what we were looking for with the dogs too. Great location, peaceful surroundings, stunning walks, amazing views and all in all the ideal break away that my friends and husbands & I needed. Facilities brilliant, everything you needed. We are looking to book again next year or before and bring our grown up children logistics pending! Would highly recommend to all groups of people looking for a lovely break away. Fi

Venetia popped by and was very lovely, the cottage was super clean and had everything we needed. Completely beautiful view which made it. Loads of space for the kids to run around- inside and outside. A barn with mini tractors and bikes to ride about on, a few small kids plastic slides etc out the back -when you are a parent of young ones these can make the trip so much easier (!) Just a note- there is no door between the living/kitchen area through to upstairs where the kids sleep (but 2 x baby gates which is great.) My kids don't mind noise so this wasn't a problem. Shame the 'play field' was really muddy so couldn't hang out there with more slides and trampoline etc. Idyllic farm setting really felt like you are in the middle of nowhere, but Petersfield was also great for exploring. Would definitely go back, Thankyou so much

We had a wonderful weekend away for our mum’s 60th birthday celebrations. Venetia was incredible, responsive and nothing was too much trouble. Despite the warning of other holiday makers staying, we found the property and farm to be peaceful and relaxing. The games room and activities in the barn are a nice added touch. Thanks again for being great hosts!

We had a lovely time at Venetia’s place. It was clean, comfortable and perfect for a family gathering with toddler and dog in tow! It had everything we needed for the weekend and some great pubs in the area too. Would definitely recommend and we will be returning.
