Stayed for a couple of nights. The place is exactly like the pictures. Very well presented. Everything you need. Very quiet….. just the sound of birds 🐦 Would definitely recommend

We had a wonderful stay - setting was very private, tranquil and relaxing. The Cowsheds are all finished to a high standard and the beds and bedding were so comfy. We enjoyed using to bbq, fire pit and log burner too. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The worse AirBnB I've ever stayed in. Host is unresponsive, does not answer calls even on the emergency line. All the doors are faulty - either do not shut property or do not lock, and jammed when you shut the door so you cannot open again. Bathroom door is made of wood and apparently 'swells in the Winter and becomes loose in the Summer' so we could not open it when we checked in. We called the host many times for assistance and even the emergency numbers they left us and did not respond until the morning so we were unable to use the toilet or shower for 11 hours from when we checked in and had to find alternative methods... When the maintenance man eventually opened the door for us the next morning, he said we would be unable to lock or close the bathroom door as the door has now swelled meaning lack of security and privacy. Access to a bathroom is a basic amenity and a human right especially with a child and vulnerable adult on the stay. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

We had a great couple of days at the cowshed Kabin. The best beds, pillows & duvets. However, the communication was sadly lacking - with emails and messages left unanswered. The only doors that shut properly were the bedrooms - we couldn’t shut the main Kabin door as then you couldn’t get out! Rich saved the day twice - thank you. Returning to the farm at 4.30 pm, we found the gate padlocked (early). The notes gave us the ‘what 3 words’ reference for the alternative entrance but this brought us back to the locked gate. We were fortunate to find a neighbour who directed us.

Beautiful spot, which myself my wife and friends used as a central location for a lovely loop (16+km) and wander in the local area! Beautiful countryside lovely pub recommendations in East Meon for food and rugby! Lovely accommodation really comfy beds and brilliant off grid amenities! Would definitely recommend lovely place!
