Wake up for an early morning surf or sleep in and walk down to the beach grabbing a sandwich along the way. Our home is the perfect perch for you to pause and enjoy all Manhattan Beach has to offer. We adore how the home is lined with beautiful trees creating a more private environment while still allowing golden sunlight to melt in. The large windows, comfy couch and spacious rooms come together to create a spa-like experience of serenity and calm on the inside. This home was designed to feel like coming home after a long vacation. Every part of it is inviting and welcoming. From the cushy low couch to the relaxing interior design of the bedrooms, staying in this home will have you breathing a sigh of relief. When you step outside however, many exciting activities await. We recommend purchasing travel insurance when booking your stay with us as we are not able to provide refunds outside of our cancellation policies. We are unable to accept early check-in requests including those for last-minute bookings. We will accept your request to book, but the standard check-in time for this unit will apply. Besides the apartment itself; you'll have access to two parking spots in a garage, please note that larger vehicles may not be able to fit. The apartment is walking distance to the beach which features clean sand and gorgeous sparkling water; but also trash cans, a public restroom and fire pits. You will also be walking distance to a plethora of amazing places to eat drink and be merry! Skip on over to our famous restaurants, shops, art galleries and endless entertainment options; rent e-bikes or surfboards, and learn about marine life at the local aquarium, picnic at the local park and enjoy more places to visit detailed in our welcome book upon arrival! Tour the town or just take the time to lay out on the beach and relax, either way Manhattan Beach will not disappoint. Additionally, the beach and Strand Boardwalk are non-smoking -We ask that all guests be respectful and courteous to our neighbors. This includes community quiet hours from 10pm-8am daily. Taxes: Airbnb is currently not able to include the 12% TOT tax (increasing to 14% by the city of Manhattan Beach on July 1st 2023) required by the City of Manhattan Beach. As an alternative you will receive an Airbnb resolution request after booking requesting the TOT tax (applicable to both nightly accommodations & cleaning fee).
