The Roost is adorable! Super clean, great kitchen, comfy beds, and well decorated with many thoughtful touches! I appreciated access to a pack n' play so I didn't have to lug my own. The well constructed gate at the top of stairs made the stay much more comfortable not having to worry about my little one getting into trouble. Also enjoyed the blackout curtains to help us sleep in a bit. Secluded area, yet close to town. Emily is very knowledgeable when it comes to local recommendations and was happy to provide answers to all of my questions. Would highly recommend staying at this location. Thank you Emily!!

Emily’s place was perfect for us exploring kennebunkport as it was less than a 10min drive into downtown and to the beaches in the surrounding area. The above garage apartment was a good size with a big kitchen and bedroom. The beds were comfortable and my daughter loved sleeping in the twin next to us. It is a secluded residence so it was nice and quiet, Emily provided a whole list of places to check out which was very handy to have. There is a gate at the top of the stairs so I didn’t have to worry about my toddler climbing/falling constantly. Emily was very responsive and pleasant to communicate with. We definitely recommend her place!

Perfect location for east access to Portland, Kennebunkport, and Portsmouth. We were all over the place so this worked as a setup for our small family with little kids. Exceptionally clean, private, and comfortable. Would recommend and would stay again.

Emily's place was the perfect little getaway. This airbnb was private enough that it was very peaceful, but close to everything. We would absolutely stay here again.
