This is a 3 story home 1st floor rental is a spacious bedroom there is a hallway between bedroom and bathroom the entrance is in that hallway….no one else lives on the first floor owners live on 3rd and second floor we do use main door to ext home we also have 2 dogs The room is 200 sq ft and 300ft from beach and Flagler Ave. comfortable queen bed With a 50 in tv..tv is Roku you will need to sign into your own accounts. There will be stocked bathroom and beach gear for your use. The room is proximately 250ft.² queen bed Roku TV you will have to sign into your own providers a detached bathroom there is a hallway in between bathroom and bedroom walk in shower with two sinks. There is a small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker in room coffee, sugar, and cream provided. There will be a few bottles of water and some snacks also. There is a no pet policy if there is a service dog there is a Deposit that is returned with no damage…Please read house rules…. The house is in an amazing location hop skip and a jump to Flagler Avenue and the beach. No need to drive. There is a one car limit at all times and a max of 2 quests on reservation and in house We do live in house on the Third floor You will hear elevator in house us leaving house noise outside because we are so close to Flagler and dogs barking and wind chimes we have 2 dogs in the house but they only stay on 3rd only but you might hear them sometimes or see them when we are walking them outside but we do try to give you as much privacy and quite as possible but when you live in the same house things happen so you need to be comfortable with that before booking. We are very cool people easy to get along with and want you to have a great time so as we are I feel the person/couple that reserves the room needs to be the same cool and easy going 😎 we have had amazing guest we hope you are one of them👍😊
