Teri was amazing—let us check in an hour early and she had an appointment so told us to stay until 12 on check out day. Very friendly and responsive. The only suggestion is that I wish there was better lighting—family area got quite dark after sunset. View was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay.

The best part of this Airbnb is the amazing views of the ocean. I opened the window and could hear the crashing waves at night. It's also walking distance from a few restaurants and close to the grocery store. The rest of the apartment is very comfortable. Overall, it was a great stay

Loved this air b and b. Our family vacation was wonderful! Close to beach and shops. Super friendly owners and they were quick to respond if we had questions. Rented a golf cart from them too to get around New Smyrna Beach ... So handy! Will stay there again!

Absolutely beautiful view, very clean, had everything we needed! Although we did not bring a pet this time, I love how pet friendly they are and that the place was still very clean. I was nervous that it it was so pet friendly that it may have a pet smell, hair or stains but it did not at all. Excited to bring our little dog next time. The view is hard to beat, for the price amenities and location, you can’t ask for anything else ! Can’t wait to rent again!
