Beautiful place not too far from the train station which means, not too much climbing up! Gianluca was flexible when we messed up the train and arrived later than we planned. He gave us good advice about how to manage our limited time in Cinque Terra and his advice was spot on. I appreciated the guidance.

Loved our stay in Manarola! Gianluca was extremely helpful both during check in and check out. He allowed us to store our luggage as well, which we really appreciated!

We had the best stay here! Gianluca was so friendly and helpful and took the time to give info about the area, how things work, great restaurants and more right upon arrival. It’s a great location in a city where you can walk a lot of hills with your bags, I would highly suggest staying here!

Gianluca was very friendly, waited for us at the train stop, and led us to the room we were staying in. He even gave us local restaurant recommendations which we tried and enjoyed! The view from the room is spectacular, and the place is kept very clean. I'd definitely recommend it for couples looking for a quiet stay for a great value.
