This property is a true retreat from the busyness of life. Be sure to arrive when it’s still light out, as navigating the back roads to the property is somewhat of a challenge in the dark (the host recommends arriving during daylight but this wasn’t possible for us), even with the host’s detailed directions. After a few missteps, we found the property, but arriving during daylight would make following the host’s detailed instructions possible. That being said, we would stay here again and can wholeheartedly recommend this property to others. The views are stunning, everything was comfortable and beyond expectations, and the amenities are top class. We didn’t get to hike due to the weather, but sitting on the porch overlooking rolling hills gave us the feel of being in nature. This property would be perfect for a family or small group retreat, vacation or team building time.

We loved our stay at Lisa’s home. The house was big, comfortable and met all of our needs. The surrounding property is beautiful, private and peaceful. All in all, a wonderful country retreat!

Such a beautiful and relaxing retreat! Truly Gods country! Wonderful hosts who responded quickly and gave us such great suggestions for places to eat and things to do around town. I would highly recommend this house and these hosts!

The house was outstanding, super peaceful and just what we needed for our group. Lisa’s communication was timely, friendly and proactive. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. It was awesome.

We had a fantastic time and never left the property! From s’mores around a bonfire to exploring the grounds to the lovely well stocked kitchen it was the perfect family experience.
