This was our 2nd time staying for academic reasons… perfect for the size group we had, spaces to work, study, mediate indoor and outside. Love the history of the Josie house as well… we do hope to get back to Wilmore soon and stay at the Sears house.
Ruth’s house was perfect for our big family. We were able to all sleep comfortably and had plenty of room to spread out and socialize. All amenities were great. We all thought the home was lovely and enjoyed our weekend celebrating my grandsons baptism and Easter dinner together.
We came to Asbury to tour the campus. Ruth’s home was perfectly located across from the campus. The neighborhood was safe. It was nice to be able to relax and have our own space after traveling in a car. I would definitely stay there again!

Tyler and I, along with our 3 young children and mini Goldendoodle, love to experience the world through travel. Since our first son was born 12 years ago we have lived in 4 countries and 5 states. We call our home the Wayfarer’s Refuge as it is a home to us when we need a break from traveling and we hope that it’ll be a place of rest for you too. When the it is available it most likely means that we are sailing the open seas in our 40’ sailboat (currently located in Guatemala).
