Quiet condo with views of the golf course. Close to nearby restaurants. Just a short drive or bike ride to the beach. New HVAC system installed in 2024. This is a 361 square foot studio condo. There is a queen sized bed and a small chair/futon for sleeping. There is a small electric range, a full sized refrigerator, a stacked washer and dryer. There is a small deck that overlooks the golf course.

A great studio to stay in for a few days. The wife and I spent 1 night as a qui k anniversary getaway. Edisto is great and Matt's apartment was cozy and comfortable.
