Everything you need is provided in the well-equipped kitchen, spacious living area, and comfortable bedrooms to make this the best vacation spot for you. This home is an easy bike ride, walk, or drive to the Atlantic beachfront cabana, resort restaurant, coffee shop, and all resort amenities. <b>Things to Know</b> Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Wyndham amenities are available for purchase at the Wyndham Cafe, but there is no guarantee due to limited passes per day. These amenities include access to three pools, tennis courts, gym fitness room, mini golf, playground and beach cabana. This vacation rental is in Wyndham Ocean Ridge Resort. No boats, trailers, motorcycles, mopeds, campers, RVs, or golf carts are allowed on the property grounds. This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC. 2 dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. <br/>Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. <br/>Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The apartment is nice, and the location is great and as described. The starter pack and other amenities are nice and generous. The place is a little hard to find, and the key pick-up at the Vacasa main office worked, but it’s a nuisance for checkout, especially for a 10 am required checkout since they require the keys returned to the main office. It would be easier if they allowed guests to leave keys at or near the property. However, the reason I did not give 5 stars is because upon arrival the kitchen sink faucet didn’t work (no water). I reported it and got the reply that someone would come and look at it. This never happened. We managed the stay without the kitchen sink. When I asked if I could get late checkout in return for the inconvenience I was told no, and I was not offered any other remediation or compensation. I think it would have been nice if they had let us stay an extra hour, and if that wasn’t possible they should have offered at least something as a gesture.
Great place for a quick weekend trip. Not really walkable to the beach, but it's a short drive. Would recommend this for the price.
This is a nice place; nothing wrong with the property except for when it rains the carport area floods. There is a dip in the road that makes this an area for water to gather. It rained on the day we were leaving and we had to load up in standing water. The reasons I’m leaving fewer stars are due to working with a property management company instead of a homeowner. Vacasa refused us an early check in or late check out (even with the flooding issue). The towels are a problem and Vacasa knows they’re a problem because I’ve seen this on several other reviews of their properties. They are cheap, scratchy, and thin. Not something you want to use at the beach if you have a sunburn or little ones. One towel for your whole stay. After booking you receive a long message with all the rules, including a $150 pet fee that doesn’t appear in the listing anywhere. Vacasa doesn’t communicate through Airbnb, only through their portal or email.
