horrible stay owners would text nonstop telling us to be quiet at 7pm not nice didn’t feel welcomed at the home

The Haskell location was close to grocery, some restaurants and the highway. Space was very clean and comfortable.

This Airbnb has a decent amount of space but is dimly lit and ceanliness issues include: dried urine stains on toilet seat, toilet and sink rug/mat unwashed and tufts matted down, pubic hair in the shower drain, toiletries and wet/used body puffs/sponges in shower, sofa and rug smelled like wet socks/smelly feet, old food in dish draining rack and sink, wood floor in desperate need of mopping and scrubbing, not just a once-over with a broom and Swiffer (our socks turned gray after walking around), cigarette smoke in bathroom. The hosts (Pathika and husband) seemed friendly and came to help tidy a little after we texted. They use a booking agency, Evolve, but manage the property. They said the previous guests had trashed the place, which sucks if true, but it's not fair to leave it and not warn incoming guests to rebook elsewhere. Also some of the issues seemed to be long-term... The final straw was when the NJ July thunderstorms led to flooding in the apartment. We moved to a hotel.

Lovely stay in a cozy basement apartment. Very nice and responsive folks! Peaceful vibe.

The place is peaceful, easy access to main ways, safe, and private. The host is friendly and very committed with the necessities of the guests. If we need to come back to New Jersey this will be our first choice.
