The house was great in a very nice area and walkable to the beach. There is enough parking in the driveway for two cars and I think they also let you use the garage but you have to check with Mary. Overall the house was kept in great shape and was clean, just a great place for easy walk to the beach.

This was our second trip to VA Beach and first time at this Airbnb - we absolutely loved the location! No need to cross any busy roads with a short walk to the beach. Quiet neighborhood with a lovely walking/running/biking path nearby. Very spacious and updated interior that is great for families. We were traveling with our two toddlers and my in-laws, so four adults and two kids total. Fully equipped kitchen that is great for cooking meals. Private bedrooms for everyone. Our only major concern that should be noted for others is to be aware that there are two large staircases, one from the outside to the main living area and another to the upstairs bedrooms. This wasn’t include in the listing description/photos, and it was a bit hazardous for a toddler just learning to walk and grandparents with bad knees. We had to invent some makeshift barriers. Otherwise, it was a perfectly relaxing week with many hours on the beautiful beaches of VA!

Our family had a great time. We had easy access to the beach, which was not too crowded., and there were plenty of great restaurants within a short drive. Fort Story and the Cape Henry Lighthouse were only a 5 minute walk away - well worth a visit for anyone interested in U.S. and/or military history. First Landing State Park was just up the road too - a wonderful place to go for jogging, hiking, or just a leisurely stroll. The place was clean, with plenty of space for a family of 5. The host was very responsive and helpful, usually answering questions within minutes.
