On the table, find a detailed binder of our Virginia Beach favorites so you can experience VB as a local! Clean, bright, and coastal with well appointed rooms. Each bedroom has a very comfortable Nectar mattress with at least one large closet and a luggage rack. The porch is cozy with enough room for a few people to hang out comfortably. We list the home for 6 people but there is a loft space that has a daybed with trundle if there are kids or an extra friend in town. This house is our primary home and we love it here! Our aim is share the home with friends and fellow travelers so that they can see what make Virginia Beach so special. We will endeavor to make the home available for full guest use as often as possible. All common areas and most rooms can be used by guests. There are a few locked doors for our spaces but we ensure that this will not interfere with your experience in the home. The parking lot is shared with our neighbor who is essentially family and easy to get along with. The lot can get a little tight which is why we guarantee 2 free and clear parking spots but after that you double parking or blocking in your other vehicles may become necessary. (This is clearly diagramed under home instructions in the binder.)
