Frank's place was perfect. It was very comfortable for 10 people. within walking distance to the boardwalk. The place was very clean , easy to find and in a great location. Beds were comfortable and plenty of linens and towels. Close to the highway to get to other cities. The communication and instructions were clear. No complaints at all. I highly recommend.

My family and I had a wonderful time at Frank’s place. The house is conveniently located in the Vibe District. We walked everywhere, to restaurants, coffee shops, etc. There is a nice driveway for easy parking. The house is so clean and had plenty of space to sleep and hang out. The beds were comfortable too. I would love to stay at this property again. My parents loved it as well. Frank and his team were quick to respond to any questions I had. They also had the house ready to check in early when we moved out of another short term rental by another property group that was dirty. Eww. I would recommend this property to anyone coming to VA Beach and wanting to be in the amazing Vibe District and several easy walking blocks to the beach. Thanks to Frank and Dimitri for being such amazing hosts!!

We stayed at two of Frank’s property as we had a large group. The properties being right next to us was an amazing perk. Both homes looked exactly like the photos. They were clean and had plenty of towels as well as plenty of paper products to start your stay. We enjoyed relaxing in the hammocks, cooking on the grilles and relaxing in the backyards. A nice walk to the beach and the vibe district allowed everyone the opportunity to explore. I highly recommend any stay with Frank!

Beautiful house in a great location. If you want piece and quiet, but still close to the beach, restaurants, and the vibrancy of Virginia Beach, this place is an excellent choice. We stayed for an event in the sports center, which is only a 5 minute walk from the house. One negative is that we expected the garden to be fully fenced. It would have been nicer for our dog, but in stead we took her for beautiful walks in the neighborhood. The residents are welcoming and friendly, the shops are amazing.
