Just got home from our week long vacation. Resort is at a great location. You are right in the middle of Beach Street USA and entertainment is directly behind the resort every night. The beach was clean and uncrowded. The views from the balcony are incredible. The pool was in great condition, but hot tub jets were broken. The room was very nice. My only complaint was the one bathroom tub could have been cleaner and the pull out couch mattress were old and dirty so we just slept on the couches. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would return again.

This is a great option if you have a family that needs extra room. We have children who are young adults, so we can no longer pile into one hotel room with one bathroom (like we used to do when they were little). We got a 2 bdrm lockout unit which is basically two adjoining units each with a queen-size bed, as well two kitchens, and two bathrooms. Each unit in the 2-bedroom lockout has an ocean-front balcony and each room has a pull-out sofa. The views are spectacular from the 12th floor. We watched the sunrise every day and the dolphins frolic. I loved reading out their at night listening to waves. The resort staff is really nice. The front desk people were amazing and the cleaning staff would always greet us in the hallways. They have a room where you can lock your bikes. We brought four bikes with us and chained them up indoors; which made daily boardwalk rides easy. It's so easy to get around in VA beach on bikes. The staff was very accommodating anytime we asked to get them out. I felt very satisfied with what we got for what we paid. I understood that the building was older than some of the newer resorts on the boardwalk when I reserved it. Two hotel rooms in one of the higher-end resorts would have been more than double what we paid for 2 bedroom lockout. And we had 2 full baths, 2 full-size fridges, and other kitchen amenities you don't get in a basic hotel room (no matter how new or nice). We couldn't afford nearly $1k a night for two hotel rooms at a high-end resort so we were quite pleased with what we got for our money at this timeshare resale. Also, Jessica was easy to deal with. We did this last minute and had no problem with the reservation or payment process.I would recommend if you really want to be ocean-front, you need extra room for your family, and you can't get enough of gorgeous ocean views all day long.

The views were fantastic and the location very convenient. The kitchen is poorly stocked - not enough dishes for 4 people to have a single meal and when we arrived the dishes were dirty -- dishwasher hadn't been run after the prior guests.

The rooms were perfect for our needs! The kitchen was fully stocked. The queen bed was comfy. My daughter slept on the pull out sofa. There was an issue with it folding back up and needed maintenance to fold it up. I couldn’t fold it the next day either, so we just left it open for the entire trip. The location is perfect- it is close to everything! The bar/restaurant is great for a quick bite or drink. They need to do some major cleaning, however. The resort, overall, was great for the price. It needs a major cleaning/vacuuming/scrubbing in all the common areas. I’m not sure if the vacuums were broken or there was a shortage in staffing during the week we were there.
