I’ve stayed at Red Roofs before. They are simple and clean and usually far cheaper. This one was expensive for the small room I got without a microwave or fridge. The first night a large roach crawled over my laptop while I was watching a movie. The front desk switched my room and I had to pack and move again to a new room. Second room no roaches that I found. Broken furniture and not that clean with hairs on the shower curtain and sheets. The only reason I stayed is because dog friendly is not easy to find so close to the holidays. The bus also was never running and I had to spend a lot to Uber to the train station or pay for parking there rather than the “convenient location to the city.” It would be a good deal if it were $75 max a night but it’s over $100 for barely anything. Red roof I stayed at before was $80 and had a fridge and microwave outside of Boston
