the negatives were not against dave but the timeshare Wyndham the unit was ready by 3 pm but we could not check in because we had to wait for the office to go through the property. the office on the property was closed so we had to go to the sister property which was very close. we also had to pay 250.00 beware security deposit. which we were aware of but was Not aware the deposit would take up to 7 days to be refunded to our credit card. positives, the woman that we dealt with ended up being very nice and although you are Not guaranteed a waterfront unit she assigned us the most beautiful waterfront unit which we absolutely loved. the bedding seemed newer and crisp. the kitchen could use an update but overall wonderful experience oh yes and wyndham tried to precharge us an extra 150.00 although it was unclear why that they waived i guess that would have been held for refund also. thank you Dave would definitely work with you again

the location was nice but check in was really problematic. I asked ahead of time how to check in and was told to go to front deak. when i got there, there was no gront desk. i finally found an office with a note that said to check in at a hotel down the road. whenever I queationed the host I got what felt like an automated reaponse because I would respond to his response with another question and get the same auto response. pretty nerve wracking when checking in at 7pm and noone is helping me. he clearly isnt familiar with the property. that being said the condo was very nice, clean, nice location and decent price.

Such a beautiful place with a great view of the Newport Bridge. David is a wonderful Host👏 I definitely recommend this place 👍
