We rented this home for our party of 12 (3 generations) to celebrate a milestone birthday. It fit our family very comfortably. There was plenty of room for all. The kitchen was large and well appointed for preparing our meals. The living room had plenty of space and seating for all. We unfortunately had bad weather and so did not get a chance to enjoy the outdoor space. Would be a great spot to enjoy the warmer weather. Would highly recommend.
