We loved Matt and Caitlin’s place. The neighborhood is so quiet. The pool was clean and warm. Nice yard, perfect for our pup. BBQ was a nice extra. Beds were very comfortable and the house was clean. We had an issue with the AC and Matt was on it and a tech was there within 20 mins and repaired in 5 mins. Bonus that our pup loved the AC repairman. Beach is close by as are many restaurants and shopping. 10/10 would definitely stay here again

I needed a last minute place to stay with my dogs, and Matt confirmed my stay right away and made it possible. He and Caitlin were helpful, responsive, and generous. The house was clean and relaxing. My dogs had the best time playing in the fenced in backyard, and I enjoyed the pool. They had all of the basic amenities plus some. Plus it’s a short drive from a bunch of great restaurants. I highly recommend this home for your stay.

The hosts were great! Always responsive. The house was clean and just what we needed. The pool was the best amenity and temperature controlled allowing for evening and night swimming:) We will definitely be using this place again!

We booked this home for 4+ weeks. It was very comfortable, clean and livable. The pool was perfectly heated and clean (pool guy came every week). Our dog enjoyed the fenced in yard and walks on the quiet dead-end street. There were tons of restaurants and shopping within a 5-10 minute drive. Waterfront restaurants and beach areas were around a 15-20 minute drive. The hosts were very communicative and checked-in to ensure things went smoothly.

Matt and Caitlin thought of everything we would need to make our stay in their beautiful home, most enjoyable. Their home was spotless and supplied with all the necessary items needed. The pool was very clean and a perfect way to relax in the sun. Wonderful neighborhood to take walks. Would highly recommend their home.

A very safe and quiet neighborhood on a dead-end street. There is a small swale/water outlet across the road where beautiful birds can be seen from the front deck. At times, there are fish that populate the area too. It is a great place to birdwatch.

There is parking for up to four cars in the driveway. Cars may also park across the street if it is needed.
