Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay with great views and public footpaths, Close to Leeds and Bradford City centres and nearby town Cleckheaton and motorway links within 2 miles. The static caravan sleeps 2 Adults and 2 children with a fully functioning open plan kitchen and bathroom with a shower it has full central heating and is small dog friendly. Local golf club, cricket club, village pub, children's park and pond all within walking distance. Ideal for relaxing. The static entrance is via steps which step up to the door which as a hallway leading to a open plan lounge with free standing settee x2 tv , there’s also a open plan kitchen with electric oven , fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and sink with cupboard space worktops for food preparation . There’s a bathroom with toilet, handbasin, walk in shower cubicle. A double bedroom with TV closet for storage and double bed , a smaller bedroom with bunk beds for smaller children. There’s a LPG gas central heating with radiators in each room. Cleaning equipment and all utensils to make your stay comfortable are all provided

Stayed here whilst having our bathroom done . Perfect for what we needed . Lee and Angela were great , lovely people to talk to . Would definitely recomend to anyone . Brilliant to be able to have our dog there with us and take her out in the surrounding areas. Thank you both .
Lee was a great host. Our 3yo was allowed free access to the properties climbing frame and trampoline, which was perfect as that was the main reason we chose it as a base to visit family in Leeds for a couple of days. The area was easy enough to find with Google maps and simple to check in and out. Lovely views. The caravan was clean and linen spotless and fresh also. We also left something small but important behind and were able to pop back for it really quickly once noticed and before we fully left the area the day we left, which was great & really helpful. We weren’t made to feel like an inconvenience at all. Would happily come back in future.
Lee made our stay stress free everything was ready good communication help on hand if needed which is wasn't clean caravan very warm great shower and plenty of space. Will deffo use again. Thanks lee

Arrived quite late, but the caravan was easy to get into and very welcoming + clean inside. It was a very, very cold and windy weekend, but the heating was on, the duvets were nice and warm and there were lots of blankets. The kids loved sitting by the fire.

The location is at the end of a cul de sac in a private Garden with adjacent field with public footpaths very close there’s a bus stop at the end of the street which takes you to the local town of Cleckheaton there’s another village within walking distance with other amenities we our on the outskirts of a small village which as a cricket club , Golf Club and local pub
Getting around by car is easy and the areas for parking up is good there’s also good bus routes and there’s a designated cycling path along a disused railway track within a mile
