Apartment was very modern, very cozy, beds were very comfortable. Lovely touch have soap, shower gel etc. Walking distance to shops, restaurants etc. We were all very happy with the apartment. Would stay again if we were to come back to Bradford.

It’s looks like student dormitory, constant smell of weed in the evening and loud conversations of neighbours in early morning. Flat dirty and dusty, hairs everywhere, but the major problem is smashed window with toilet paper stuffed into the cracks in the bedroom. Non working radiators. Leaking shower. Broken and smelly dishwasher, not sure why it was located in such kind of property… Sheets for the bed was with long black hair and stains, cleaner with small child did arrive at 21-30 holding in her hands “ fresh beddings from washing machine” . Host offered to bring independent cleaners in my absence, however I’ve refused this offer, as did have valuable belongings. Overall this place is a rare challenge, do not recommend trying it.

The building really needs work and rubbish left outside wasn’t great. The apartment needs a good clean and a bit of TLC

I’ve stayed at joes places on many occasions as the apartments have never been disappointing. Neighbours are quiet and peaceful, rooms are spacious and clean and joe is very helpful and easy going person as well as professional. I would highly recommend booking with joe to anyone thinking about staying in Bradford :)
