This is a beautiful resort. The unit was perfect. There were a number of issues with the unit that were quickly fixed. Excellent communication throughout. Luxurious linens and firm bed. Excellent shower. Can be loud at night with music from private parties but not an issue for us. Take the blue hole / Dunn River excursion $99 pp. you can’t walk the beach off the resort. We rented a car to get groceries and explore on our own. The people working here are wonderful.

It was a good stay. Room is nice but a little rough around the edges. This is in a luxury resort but there were some things that took away from the experience.. such as a few minor broken things inside the room. Shower faucet knob(works but it falls apart everytime you grab it.). Couldnt enjoy a bath because the drain plug in the tub was faulty (slowly drains nonstop). The nonstick coating on the pans were deteriorating which means some of that will get in your food if you cook. Fridge smelled bad despite a box of baking soda inside it when we got there. We bought some cleaning wipes to clean the inside of the fridge before loading it with our food. The smell did not go away. The bed was uncomfortable... due to the pillows. They look nice but deflate like a flat tire when you lay on them. Overall, the room was clean, and it was nice to have access to some of the resort amenities. However, I feel that the issues described above should not be present at this price point.

Stayed at Deya for 5 days, the resort first of all was beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Now when I went to the room, it was beautiful, clean and it has a balcony. Easy to walk too, lots to do on property. You don’t have to worry about nothing at Jewel Grande resort. Deya was very responsive and friendly ask me a few times if I needed anything. I love it and can’t wait to visit again. Thank you
