Our apartment is centrally located in a charming and quiet neighbourhood with lots of historical significance, and just steps from Downtown Midland/Midland Harbour.
We’re within walking distance to the shops & restaurants in the downtown core, the Midland Cultural Centre, the biking/walking/snowmobile trail along Midland harbour, or the beautiful shores of Georgian Bay at the Midland Town Dock where many of the town’s summer festivals take place.
If you’re in town for a hockey tournament or sporting event, we’re a 3-minute drive from the North Simcoe Sports & Recreation Centre. In just 5 minutes, you can travel to some of Midland’s public beaches at Little Lake or Pete Pettersen park. It's a 15-20 minute drive to Balm Beach or Awenda Provincial Park.

Outdoor driveway parking with room for 2 vehicles or 1 vehicle & trailer is available at no cost with our rental.
No vehicle is needed to enjoy the restaurants, shops & cultural experiences available to visitors in Midland’s downtown. We are close to the downtown stop of the Midland Penetanguishene Transit, which makes multiple stops between these two towns.
Midland is not a very large town, and a short 5-minute drive can take you to many of the town's amenities, including department stores, tourist sites, and so much more.
If cycling or snowmobiling is your passion, we are so close to the Trans Canada Trail System that you can park at Chez Nous and ride down to the trail in less than 2 minutes.
