Could be 5 stars if below didn’t happen. Disappointed at the one who specifically manages the listing especially since ive paid thousands of aed This listing has someone who manages the property on airbnbwho did a terrible job & another person Charlie who does maintenace,support, he was great the person who manages the air bnb (I think Neha) did not relay any information to charlie. We are a family of 4, I sent 4 passport photos, but they only expected 1 guest to come bc the air bnb manager did not relay any info to charlie the listing sleeps 2 comfortably not 4. The couch is not a futon but blocks. So the listing was a lie. proximity location on listing is wrong. I had to msg 4 people to get a reply. the airbnb listing mngr did not help, took way to long to respond, charlie ended up helping us Listen to other review the laundry will stain your clothes Lastly, place was fantastic, clean, location was good, house was very comfortable with relaxing view. Could be 5 stars

Perfect location to walk to work. Beautiful apartment with all amenities. Would recommend.

We enjoyed our stay in this nice apartment. The place was tidy and clean. The location is great, Carrefour is a walking distance from the apartment. The only problem was with the washer. It stained our white shirts, I don’t know why! So be aware if you are going to use it.

The place is very nice and clean and the location is spectacles. The place is very near to a carrefour supermarket just few steps away and there are cafes and a restaurant. There is a public pool and playground for children. The only side down is that the place is near a river and it gets noisy sometimes especially in weekends because of the jet-skies and boats. The host is nice and polite and fast responder, we had only one issue we asked for an extra blanket but we didn't get it and it might be because we asked for it at late weekend night. The place overall is very nice and in a good location at the Yas island and I would recommend it to anyone.
