Exactly as what you see in the picture. Fast responses and great team. Near the airport. No hassle getting grab (taxi). Definitely will come back to stay here again.
Excellent Appartement. Spacieux, Moderne et très propre . La salle de bain était impeccable , avec les articles de toilettes fournis. La cuisine était bien équipé, café et thé disponible. Un petit bémol sur le coffre-fort qui ne fonctionnait pas, c'est dommage. J'ajouterais que la règle de check-in avec un supplément de 10$ pour les arrivées après 18h est assez restrictive. A part ça J'ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour et je n'hésiterai pas à réserver encore. Merci
I stayed with Grace’s unit for the second time and as always her place is clean and the staffs are very accommodating. Will definitely choose Grace’s unit everytime I need to stay around the area.

81 Newport Boulevard is surrounded by Starbucks, Lawson Convenience Store, Watson’s Pharmacy, Anytime Fitness Gym, Metro Grocery, Popeyes Louisiana Chicken, Gong Cha, Samgyupsalamat, McDonald’s, Giligan’s Restaurant, and Tokyo-Tokyo. There is also a nearby dental clinic, laundromat, lash salon, as well as other dining choices.
The property is also 10-minute walk away from Newport World Resorts (formerly known as Resorts World Manila), which houses several dining, commercial, and entertainment options—including casinos.
Situated across the hustle and bustle of NAIA Terminal 3, 81 Newport Boulevard is strategically located along Andrew’s Avenue, beside Savoy Hotel Manila.
If you are coming from NAIA Terminal 3 Arrivals area, go to the 4F then walk through the RUNWAY MANILA, an air-conditioned 200-meter walkway bridge between NAIA Terminal 3 and Newport City. It is a 6-minute walk to cross the Andrews Avenue. At the end of the walkway, take the lift down going to the street-level. 81 Newport Boulevard reception lobbies are about 1-2 mins walk away from McDonald’s, depending on which cluster your unit is located.
Likewise, we also offer a hassle-free private airport shuttle service for transfers whether you are coming from NAIA Terminals 1, 2, even 3, and 4, for a minimal fee. You can also take an airport taxi or Grab.
A parking slot can be arranged for a fee of P300 per day—payable through the Airbnb App (subject to availability). In case, a nearby pay parking area is available as well.
