big house with massive common spaces, massive place. But a/c only in one room.

Gerardo's place is a wonderful open layout with plenty of room to spread out. The yards is expansive and a nice area to walk and relax. The location is great for walking to the main strip in El Valle and it is right next to the butterfly haven, in fact you drive down the side street to the butterfly haven to get to the gate. The kitchen is functional and has everything you need but it is a bit rough. we would stay here again.
