The home was lovely with an antique charm and modern amenities. The location is great, a few blocks from downtown Keene. The smoke alarm was acting up and they sent someone over right away, on the weekend, to address the issue. Throughout they were very responsive.

I loved staying at Demelzas place! Super cool historic home in a cute neighborhood that is walking distance to downtown Keene and some great walking trails. I would absolutely stay here again!

Exceptional historical property of great beauty. This house goes over and above the usual offerings on airbnb. The photos while beautiful and accurate dont show how truly fantastic this exceptional home is. Ten out of ten for quality value and comfort. And ten out of ten for owners Demelza & Fenella who have created a spectacular home out of this historic house which was built in 1804 for a local businessman. This wonderful property retains the original antique features and has a wealth of modern day labor saving devices. We were amazed by this wonderful property and blown away by the gracious owners. Keene is a great place to visit and this house is THE only house you should choose. It's perfect. We loved it and we and our dogs were very sorry indeed when it was time to leave this dream of a house.
