Absolute gem of a place. Very cosy and beautiful for a nice break. Alison and Pete were super friendly and helpful. They have loads of adorable animals that they are happy to introduce you to and the eggs from their chickens are incredible. High recommended for any trip to Yorkshire x

Homely, warm, clean and cosy stay. The cottage has everything you need with thoughtful touches. Everything smells gorgeous and the towels and bedding are so soft and luxurious. Don't miss the wonderful deep bath best used with good quality products provided. Alison and her family were very friendly and welcoming. A definite highlight was meeting the goats, horses, chickens, sheep and their new lambs. The goats are very funny and have a lot to say. You are on a farm, so do expect your alarm clock to be a cockerel and sheep! We would highly recommend the cottage. Thanks Alison, family and animals 🐑🐎🐐🐔.

What a find!! It is such a beautiful cozy cottage. We stayed for 4 nights and weren’t ready to go home. Right from the beginning Alison was friendly and communicative. She gave us clear directions to the cottage and messaged us to check we weren’t lost when we were a bit late. It was my partner’s 50th birthday just before our stay and Alison had put up a banner and left her a card (along with a lovely welcome basket) - so thoughtful and made our stay feel even more like home. We enjoyed being on the farm and listening to the animals. We also enjoyed plenty of fresh eggs. Thank you chickens!! You will find the cottage extremely clean and tastefully decorated. Every room was lovely. The bed is extremely comfortable and it was a real treat to watch tv at the end of the bed. It was all so relaxing!! We went to Hebden Bridge which is such a cute place to walk around. Shibden Hall in Halifax was also interesting - especially if you’re a fan of Gentleman Jack 🎩 Perfect Stay!

Really good place to escape to. Really attentive hosts very welcoming and some fresh eggs from their chickens in a bountiful welcome basket. Goats amusing and a visiting peacock strutted around proud of place . We sat out on the decking with a glass of vino and watched the antics of the animals and also enjoyed the wonderful view of the Yorkshire countryside. Perfect thank you !
