No child-safe latches-plugs The apartment is the lower unit, with many full size windows. It’s fresh, bright and clean. The bedroom has a comfortable, quality queen size bed with lots of fluffy pillows and blankets. Living room has 5G Wi-Fi, and 43" Smart TV, desk, & queen fold down fold down sofa-bed, Twin size Air bed in the 12'X18' living room. The ceilings are lower then standard. Shower Room and Toilet Room with hair dryer are separate, Euro style . Very comfortable and relaxing home and safe old Alameda neighborhood. There's a Garden off the kitchen for dining or reading and relaxing. Full kitchen; new refrigerator, oven/stove, Microwave, and toaster. Iron and board available. I provide Coffee, teas and selected breakfast items. Limited free use of washer & dryer for stays of 5 days or more. Great for 2 adults, a family of 4/5, but may be tight for 4 adults. Not recommended for toddlers as there are no child safe outlets or cabinet doors. Toilet and shower areas were recently remodeled.
