Wir sind total begeistert von dem Apartment und unserem Gastgeber Stefanos. Wir wurden persönlich und herzlich empfangen - es gab sogar frisches Obst, Wein und andere Aufmerksamkeiten. Stefanos hat uns zahlreiche Tips und Empfehlungen gegeben und hat sich auch zwischendurch immer erkundigt ob wir zufrieden sind oder etwas benötigen. Zwischenzeitlich wurde das Apartment gereinigt und wir haben auch frische Wäsche erhalten. Im Apartment fehlt es an nichts - alles ist neu, hochwertig und in einem gepflegten Zustand. Auch die Wohnanlage ist gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und Stefanos ist der perfekte Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir, meine Frau, unsere 11-jähriger Sohn, und ich waren 10 Tage bei Stefanos in der Ferienwohnung Calmaliving zu Gast. Schon der erste schriftliche Kontakt vor unserer Reise, war zu unserer Freude von großer Freundlichkeit, Offenheit und maximalem Bemühen uns vorab mit Informationen zu versorgen, geprägt. Die Ferienwohnung selbst besticht durch hochwertige Möbel in allen Räumen, einer tollen Ausstattung u.a. auch Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler und generell einer besonderen Innenarchitektur mit stilvollem Design. Das Ein- und Auschecken war im Beisein von Stefanos sehr einfach und problemlos. Während unseres Aufenthalts wurde die Wohnung auch gereinigt , ectr… alles gut organisiert und mit uns terminlich abgestimmt. Summa summarum ist die Ferienwohnung sehr empfehlenswert und der Gastgeber Stefanos maximal bemüht z.B. auch mit Insidertipps zu Kretischen Lokalen oder besonderen Ausflugszielen, den Aufenthalt für seine Gäste so gut wie möglich zu gestalten.

Myself and my husband and our 15 month old baby travelled on this holiday. The Calmaliving apartment is fantastic. A really beautifully decorated apartment with quality appliances and furniture, finished to an extremely high standard and impecably clean. The apartment is bright and airy, has 2 outdoor terraces, one shaded for eating and one complete sun trap with sun loungers. There is a communal pool which is beautiful and has a small toddlers splashing pool too. The beach is a 1 minute walk and the sea was warm and fun to play in. There are some local cafes and beach bars walkable and some shops in the nearby town are within 15-20 minute walk. We also hired and car and explored Chania and the beautiful Elafonsi Beach. I would recommend this apartment to any families or couples/friends.

Tout simplement exceptionnel ! Stefanos nous a très bien accueilli. Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique et reposant grâce à ce logement de qualité. Stefanos est proactif et nous a envoyé plein de bonnes adresses ! Je n’hésiterai pas à revenir. Merci pour tout !

The apartment was top modern and felt very luxurious with very nice robes, slippers, products, towels and sheets.The kitchen had everything you could need, all of high quality. The pool area was nice and quiet. A lot of cute tavernas in walking distance in the neighboring villages. Good to know is that is quite some construction going in the area, but not so much so it bothers you. Also a special thanks to the wonderful host who answered all our questions and sent us a lot of local information and recommendations for restaurants, beaches etc. Also thank you for helping us with the very late check in. I truly recommend this place, probably the best airbnb I ever stayed at!
