We had a wonderful 2-night stay and really enjoyed this home in the woods. The room was comfortable and quiet. Continental breakfast delivered to our door each morning was yummy and Vicki made a special effort to make sure it was gluten free for me. The grounds are beautiful and the pool looked inviting, though we didn’t take advantage of it. We appreciated the proximity to the Dunes parks/beaches during the day, and the short drive to many restaurants in Chesterton in the evening. All in all, a very pleasant stay. We would happily stay again!

Our stay at "At Home in the Woods" was very relaxing and enjoyable. Victoria and Scott care about your comfort and are very attentive to their guests. Our room was clean and inviting and the outdoor areas are beautiful. The breakfasts were always freshly and thoughtfully prepared. We look forward to visiting again in the future!

We had a great stay with Scott and Vicky! Vicky and Bailey greeted us when we arrived, making us feel welcome right away. Vicky took extra care to make sure my breakfasts were gluten free due to my gluten allergy. The location was beautiful and the breakfasts were delicious. Highly recommend!

Vicki and Scott are great hosts, we felt right at home. The place is so tranquil and beautiful. If you love nature you won’t be disappointed. Eating breakfast on the deck overlooking the back yard is such a relaxing way to start your day. Just minutes away from the dunes, drive in, walking trails and shopping. Only wish we had spent a couple more days.
