The place was secured. We had restful and peaceful nights during the stay. The check in and check out were very smooth. May need vehicle to go out and eat. But there are relatively nearby restaurants and convenience stores for meals and supplies. With the current ongoing heat of the summer, it's a big plus that the place and the whole house was very well ventilated. There was also a lovely pocket garden beside our unit which was a good spot to unwind. Beyond grateful that we saw this place! Highly recommended.

Place is nice, clean and cozy! Will definitely go back when in the Philippines again. Ms. Raquel and ate Jhoan are both superb hosts, always making sure we have everything we needed and responded right away. Place felt a home away from home.

Our stay at Patterville Transient House was great. We were given the location pin and extra details to get there safely. We were immediately greeted by the caretaker Jhoan and toured to the rooms. They had one extra room available (which was booked last minute) and Raquel happily allowed my family members to stay overnight with us. The room had towels, pillows, bed and home was complete with kitchenware and Wi-Fi. The view was beautiful in the patio and space was great for family traveling with pets. Thanks for hosting us! 😊

Sobrang bait po kausap ni miss Jhoan yung caretaker ng house. Also si miss Raquel, very responsive rin sa mga questions ko. Actually, naiwan ko yung relo ko na gift pa skain ng papa ko noon, naiwan ko sa unan nakasiksik kasi natulog ako hehe ipapa lbc pa ni ate Jhoan. Napaka bait talaga nila at honest. Sobrang nakakatuwa, dahil worth it yung stay namin sa binayaran. Napaka bilis rin ng internet nila and big help kasi medyo mahina signal ng data so good job dahil may internet. Plus,, pet friendly pa dahil nadala ko yung baby dog ko na si lily. We will definitely comeback, sana lang rin dumami ang activities sa Iba, Zambales hehe
