In Patterville I found the peace that I was looking for. Jhoan and Raquel are so helpful and always willing to give more than a 5 stars service guest house… it’s a dream house that I wish I never woke up. I spent my perfect vacation there! The place is the paradise! I recommend fore sure! If even I come back there, this will be my home to stay. Thank you again to Jhoan and Raquel.

The accommodation are: - accessible and only 5-7 minutes drive to market; - clean room and house; - complete kitchen utensils from knife, knife for water melon, chopping board to cutlery and glasses, and you can grill if you are fan of BBQ or grilled meat/ fish; - provided drinking water; - refrigerator are in good running condition and you can make your own ice; - covered parking, your car are protected with bird 💩 / any hazardous droplets; - with garden and karaoke amenities and tambayan area; - easy access to self check-in and check-out, just memorize the code; - friendly host and caretaker; - nice sunset and sunrise view Recommendation: - for continuously upgrading the user experience, you can add aircon at the living area; - additional pillow at the sofa bed (living area) - For future upgrade: larger TV screen; - outdoor clothing rack, for towels to keep it dry; - indoor slippers, and outdoor shoe rack (to keep all dirty shoes outside the house) Overall 100% 👍 & super-satisfied!

Staying at Ma'am Raquel's place was a delightful experience. The place was clean, comfortable, and secure to park my car. I would definitely stay here again when I'm in the area. I highly recommend this place. communication was topnotch.

The flat was very clean and peaceful. It has every thing you need. The bed was so comfortable. The sunrise view in the garden war amazing. Raquel is the most helpful and friendly host I've met till now. She was always making sure that we have everything we need during our stay. And she offered us delicious Lumpia ☺️. Thanks Raquel and John for the great hospitality.

This is a very good landlord.And their house.We stayed here for about 14 days.Just in time for the rainy season in the Philippines, it rains every day.The owner was very sweet and helped us collect our clothes and drove us out to dinner when it was raining. Thank you very much Mr. John.And his w if e. In addition, the house is also very good, and there is a parking lot, we exercise in the parking lot every day, and we can also put our new motorcycle in the parking lot.The room is very big and comfortable, and you can cook. It's about ten minutes' walk from the vegetable market.
