Great place, as described and pretty much 10 minutes from the beach/sunderland/north shields etc by car.

Clean, tidy, well presented at a glance. Easy to park, find and check in. Very basic, if you need a place to stay in the area. Cosy and warm home when you have the heating on. Very little dinnerware, with not many cutlery. Although there were little bottles of wash sets for everyone, I couldn’t find a hair dryer until someone found one hidden in a drawer, which was too late. I ended up drying my hair in-front of their fireplace before bed. Towels were a little small. Could’ve had a few more personalised touches. No welcome pack, guide or instructions at the home or a local guide of the area. Found a few spiders in the rooms upstairs which the bf had to get rid of. Adedamola is responsive if you need to talk to her. Was surprised that the host requested for ID after paying for the reservation. So felt pressured to give ID because I was worried I wasn’t going to get my money back, as it was a last minute booking.
