We loved staying here and will be looking for it next time we come back to Weslaco! It was homey, had plenty of space, and easy to find! We had a smoke detector go off one morning with a low battery and within an hour of us leaving for the day Nancy had someone over to look at it and get it replaced for us. We LOVED the espresso machine too!

Please be aware! Our stay was from March 20 to March 26th, 2024. Our stay was not what we expected. The host had a camera, in the living area where my minor son slept, I did address my concerns with Airbnb and host but no one has made any contact regarding this invasion of privacy. Upon our arrival, we did notice the coffee table had minor damage on the side, but we didn't report( we assumed host already had noted). Our mistake was not taking a picture and reporting the damage as soon as we arrived. We went above and beyond what the host, expected of us and cleaned daily with no damage. Shortly after we arrived back home, we received an email from Airbnb, requesting full replacement cost for table in the amount of $1978.00, I reached out to them explaining it was pre existing damage and I was not responsible but they still believe, I am. This is wrong and unjustifiable and I do not plan on using Airbnb in the future. I hope this feedback, helps others avoid this horrible experience. TY

Lovely stay! Super clean, spacious & well equipped with all you need. Check in and out were smooth. We only had difficulty with alarm system engaging when one of is would exit and lock front door from the outside, and the sensors detect people inside - it scared us. I wish alarm would not engahe like that because each morning I had to get up and lock it from inside when my husband would leave. There is also a camera in living room which I felt very awkward with, but Nancy said it only records when no one is renting... Overall we would definitely stay again, as Nancy was very responsive & willing to assist.

Nancy is a wonderful hostess. Her house is beautiful and peaceful. We will definitely consider a return visit!

It was a great, very clean, beautiful home. Provides basically everything you need to stay ( I say that because we don’t cook when us girls go lol). We go to have a girls trip and across the border and it was a great location. Stay here and you will totally enjoy the stay!
