This house was so perfect for us and our dog. With beautifully private fenced in front and back yards, gorgeous gardens and outdoor living area we felt safe and right at home. The house had more than enough space for us and was fully stocked with towels and toys and towels and beach gear, not to mention a fully stocked kitchen. I was so happy to find a blender and an assortment of teas amongst other things. My girls loved the room with the TV and the bunk beds...there really wasn't one thing missing. There's even doggie bags available!

The house was spotless, the directions to get in and out were simple and clear, convenient parking for two cars in the driveway, kids bunk room was ideal for our two grandchildren. Huge variety of toys, video games , low sofa etc. A play structure, sidewalk chalk , riding toys etc in the back yard. The three bedrooms were comfortable and had everything we needed. Would have been nice to have another king bed but the Queen beds were comfortable. The kitchen had absolutely everything you would need. The owners went above and beyond stocking it. Met neighbors on both sides of the house who were very friendly. Check out procedure was easy and listed in the welcome folder. The only suggestion we all would make is to add a strip of neon bright tape on the small step in the laundry room down to the bunk room for safety. Hard to see the step and easy to trip, which a couple of us did. The house had more than enough room for the 7 of us. Would highly recommend renting this house.

I can't even begin to explain how much we LOVED this house! Brian was amazing to work with and he's thought of EVERYTHING to stock the house with! My granddaughter loved the inside and outside toys. The kitchen is STOCKED with anything you need. Plenty of towels and linens. Very safe area that's quiet and friendly. We will stay there again on our next visit:)

Brian was a great host. The property was in a very nice/safe neighborhood. It is FULLY stocked with everything you could think of. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Only regret we have is we didn’t spend enough time there. We were on the go a lot but when were there we def enjoyed our time. Def would stay again!! Thank you Brian.

Excelente lugar! La casa esta mucho mejor que como se ve en las fotos! Todo esta ordenado, limpio y de buena calidad! La ubicacion de la casa es fantastica, muy bonita con un parque a solo unos cuantos pasos. La atencion del anfitrion fue tambien excelente, con instrucciones claras, en tiempo y siempre respondio a cualquier duda o pregunta que hice!
