This two bedroom home features a priceless view of the hills while boasting contemporary ammenities perfect for a long weekend away from the bustling city. This two bedroom features a fully equiped study with pull-out mattress, laundry room and recently renovated kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked with newly acquired appliances in addition to essentials such as a coffee machine, blender, slow cooker, toaster and kettle. Kitchen ingredients are fully stocked and can be used during your stay in order to support your chef masterpieces! The space includes two bedrooms plus one queen size pull-out couch (Koala mattresses) boasting modern linens with high thread count. Extra towels and sheets are also available for you stay. The house is duct heating for those cold winter nights with a laundry room with washer and drier available during your stay. The house has two outdoor areas (front porch sitting area and rear terrace with a large vista view) for those sunny mornings and clear sunsets.

This was a lovely and well looked after family home to stay in. It was neat, clean and well decorated. The host Emily was friendly and responsive! I would definitely recommend it.

The house is located on a small quiet street in Belgrave featuring a ten minute walk to Belgrave's town centre and the Puffing Billy train stop. Sherbrooke Forest and Olinda falls are a ten minute drive from the property.
The house is conveniently located within a 10 minute walk from Belgrave train station, where you can take a direct line into Melbourne CBD (departing every 20 minutes). Buses for local hills towns (Selby, Belgrave South, Olinda, Sassafras, Monbulk, Gembrook, Emerald) are also located outside the train station.

I am Emily, I work in Humanitarian Aid, specialising in Child Protection and Gender Based Violence. I have spent the last 10 years working in Myanmar, Afghanistan, Iraq and Somalia, focusing on enhancing the rights of women and girls. I recently returned to Australia to start a family with my husband Ben, who also works in the same field. We are both still engaged in international work, travelling often and renting our home when away on missions
