Vera and Guy’s place was wonderful. I really appreciated the thoughtful design aspects and little extras (first aid kit, toddler paraphernalia, etc.) - even if we didn’t need to use it! And they were super responsive and flexible. Overall, a beautiful place and well worth the price! Note Sintra itself is a hilly town with no straight streets that can be challenging to get your head around unless you arrive into the train station. However, the AirBnB is within walking distance of the historic center.

The place is perfect. House has everything you need. Close to the historic center of sintra, all the attractions as well as the station, supermarket, e-bike rental.

This was a fantastic find! The place is very nicely furnished, exactly as in the photos; kitchen is very well equipped, bathroom well stocked and lots of thoughtful gestures like welcome biscuits and wine, guide books and kid toys / cutlery. It made us feel right at home. The location is also very good, 5 min walk from the train station and near lots of good restaurants. We appreciated the restaurant recommendations and also the personal touch in sharing their family history in making Portuguese biscuits and having some in the Airbnb for us to try. The hosts were also extremely responsive and friendly, they addressed any issues promptly and also let us extend our stay on the final day when we experienced major flight delays. Some things to note: - It is located on a fairly steep uphill road, so may be difficult for passengers with walking difficulties to navigate - No washing machine, otherwise the place would have been perfect

Lovely apartment-well stocked kitchen with essentials and comfy beds. The hosts responded quickly. Great location in sintra.
