Enjoy this 4-bedroom house with all the amenities from home for an easy weekend away. Quiet neighborhood with ample parking, but only 2 miles from the center of downtown and campus. Neighborhood includes park, picnic facilities, basketball court & more - with bike path that leads entire way to University Park. Three bedrooms and two baths on first floor with full basement and additional bedroom. Basement has plenty of recreation with games, mini bar and 75" screen television.

Booking with Todd was super easy and he was very responsive throughout the process. He provided clear instructions on check in and check out and was able to accommodate our requests prior to check in. As Detroit natives we all enjoyed the Detroit sports memorabilia hanging on the walls. Given the options at state college , this would be a solid option for smaller groups given the short Uber ride to campus.

Incredible value and the perfect place for my friends and I during a PSU game. Basement was a great hangout spot and it was easy to Uber into town.
