Bring the whole family to this centrally located home in State College. Near to parks and a bike path, it's about 1 mile to downtown, 1.5 miles to campus, 3 miles to the stadium for a long walk or an easy drive, Uber, or bus ride. We are excited to share our family home with you! Please let us know if you need anything or want any suggestions of things in the area. Make yourself at home in our 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom house. We love our bright, newly renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, induction stove, touch faucet, big sink, and quiet dishwasher. Three full bathrooms (two en suite), two of which are newly remodeled, means no one has to wait for a shower. Stretch out in the dining room, living room, and large great room in the basement. Enjoy relaxing by the big windows, on the porch, or watching the sunrise from the back deck. We love our wonderful gardens and amazing backyard, which backs onto a bike path. If you're new to Airbnb, we provide fresh, clean linens; nice, soft towels; shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, even a hair dryer or iron if you need it. Just bring yourselves and get ready to enjoy Happy Valley at its best! (Oh, also bring some clothes and food, we don't provide those! ☺️)

Bright, spacious home in a peaceful residential area outside of town. Noel and his wife were very responsive and made our stay easy and relaxing during a very hectic graduation weekend in town. Highly recommend!

Our group had an amazing stay at Noel and Mary’s house in State College. It was spacious, clean, and a nice quiet neighborhood. Noel was extremely friendly and answered any questions we had very fast. Would recommend anyone going to State College to stay at Noel and Mary’s place. Hoping to come stay again next year!
Noel’s place has been our favorite Airbnb we have stayed at. The house was clean and spacious. Noel was very communicative and proactively reached out before and during our stay. We rented the house for our family for a PSU football game. The house was a short 12 minute drive to the stadium. The house had enough rooms and bathrooms to comfortably fit the allotted number of guests. The living room was spacious and was comfortable for everyone to sit and hang out. If you have kids, the downstairs living area is perfect with toys and a play space. We were appreciative of the welcome items and the list of suggestions.

We live on a quiet street 1 mile to downtown State College.
There's parking on the driveway and on the quiet street. Walking is possible, as is driving, Uber/Lyft, and the bus stop is close by too.

I'm a teaching professor married to an incredible midwife. We have two kiddos who keep us on our toes. We love being outside, biking, running, camping, and exploring places close to home and around the world. I teach classes on global food and hunger. I've been fortunate to have lived in five countries and worked in or visited another 35+.
