A cozy home in a picturesque town. Close enough to touristy activities but a peaceful get away. Heart & Soul cafe is great & close by. The yard is huge & beautiful. Beautiful spacious kitchen. Great & fast communication. I will look for this listing again when we come back!

We very much enjoyed our time here. It was tucked away in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Lisa was very communicative leading up to and during our trip. Overall, we would recommend staying at Lisa's home!

My family and I are very happy with our stay at Lisa's place. Very warm, clean and relaxing home. Charming. Everything we needed was available. The outdoor space at Lisa's place is private and made for a soothing time to just BBQ and be with family. The surrounding area is charming. Walking, hiking and enjoying beautiful ocean views made for a much needed getaway. It was wonderful to be surrounded by an abundance of nature. We would stay there again. Thank you Lisa.

Lisa’s place in Ipswich was great! Comfortable beds, beautiful kitchen and a gorgeous yard. Early morning walks in the quiet neighborhood were great. The location is convenient for all the Cape Ann and North Shore activities. There are great restaurants, pubs, bakeries, farm stands, and ice cream shops right in Ipswich - just a few minutes’ drive away. Canoe and kayak rentals for exploring the beautiful Ipswich river are available at Foote Brothers, a longtime Ipswich business. The train to Salem, Boston, Gloucester and Rockport is right downtown with plenty of parking. Nubble Light and the York, Maine beaches are an easy 50 minute drive away. We had a wonderful stay and recommend Lisa’s place to anyone visiting this beautiful part of Massachusetts and New England.

Incredible spot- very private deck and backyard and peaceful neighborhood with nice walks out the front door. Quick drive to town (or 20-min walk) to delightful cafes, great restaurants and quaint pubs. We made it to Cranes Beach 2 different days and again a close drive to this magical beach from the house. This was an Ideal home to spend the long holiday weekend in. Lisa is friendly, responsive host and left helpful notes for our arrival. Ipswich and Lisa’s home is a gem!
