No smoking inside NO PETS - this includes visiting pets, any pets sighted at property will result in loss of bond PLEASE NOTE: There is a $400 refundable bond that will be added to your booking. This is payable direct to the Host and will be refunded 7-10 Business days after departure, if there are no damages/problems.
