Top level has kitchen, living room, laundry, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. 1 queen in each bedroom upstairs plus sofa bed in living room. Downstairs there is an additional living area with bunk bed for kids and another sleeper sofa. 2nd bathroom. There are an additional 2 bedrooms, 1 with a king bed and the other with a full size bed. 3 night minimum stay for weekends in the summer and 2 nights for any other weekend -The pool is open from Memorial day weekend to Labor day weekend. ( usually ) if weather permits, it may be open a couple weeks before or after this window.
